Why do you write?
Sunday is a day of relaxation for the Horsley family, but I was encouraged not to let that be an excuse to hold me back from continuing this challenge. That being said, I pose this question and would love to hear from all you amazing writers: why do you write?
First and foremost, I must say that there is truly no better platform than this collective of brilliant minds. When it comes to consuming content, I much prefer reading the thoughts of people who take the time to analyze the world as it is.
The reason I write is because I love words. Once you have written something down, it automatically becomes history. Words endure. I also write because, for me, there is no better way to organize the thoughts that violently thrash around in my mind like the essence of chaos. Being able to pluck a thought out of your mind and decipher it on a piece of paper or computer screen is invaluable. I love being able to look at what has been clouding my mind and begin to make sense of it. I appreciate the ability to declutter my mind.
That's about it for me. now I want to hear from you. Why do you write?
